Who we are
Little Moments Co. is the trade name Pablo Orellana uses to run this store from New York as a sole proprietor — an individual, not a company. We ship within the United States only. If you need our details for any paperwork, write to us at lilmoments.co1@gmail.com.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and don't include applicable taxes until they're calculated at checkout. Shipping is calculated separately (see our Shipping policy).
An order is accepted once we confirm payment and can produce it. We may cancel or reject orders due to pricing errors, availability, suspected fraud, or content that violates the personalization rule below.
Every t-shirt is hand-printed when you order it — we don't keep stock. Mockups are visual representations: there may be reasonable variations in color, scale, and placement between the screen and the physical garment.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. We don't confirm or produce any order until payment is approved.
Content you upload to personalize
By submitting text or an image to print, you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. We don't accept illegal, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights or includes protected material without authorization. We may reject or cancel an order that violates this.
Intellectual property
The Little Moments Co. name, its logos, designs, images, text, and other site content belong to us or are used with authorization. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.
Returns and shipping
Governed by our Returns & refunds policy and our Shipping policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a claim related to an order does not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
